Rice from the Birthplace of Yamada Nishiki
Tatsuriki’s Kinkai bottling draws its Yamada Nishiki rice from the paddies of Kinkai in Hyogo’s Special A district, the very ground where the Yamada Nishiki variety was first cultivated before it was even named. Honda Shoten built its reputation on sourcing rice this precisely, treating each paddy as its own terroir.
Built for a Refined Sake List
As an unfiltered Junmai Daiginjo sake, Kinkai carries a fuller, rounder texture than filtered counterparts while keeping the clarity expected of a daiginjo grade. It suits restaurants building an omakase or izakaya sake list, pairing naturally with sashimi, delicate seafood, and other lightly seasoned dishes.
