Spunlace Rayon, No Adhesive Binder
Kyushu Shiko makes this Beauty Select Kikarafu towel from rayon nonwoven fabric using a spunlace process with no adhesive binder, so the sheet stays soft yet holds together even when soaked. Each roll carries 150 sheets, double wound for easy dispensing.
Sashimi Storage and Prep Wipe
As a fish preservation paper towel, sheets wrap whole fish, tuna blocks, or sashimi cuts to pull out surface moisture and blood, slowing oxidation and helping SF Bay Area sushi bars hold color and freshness during cold storage and thawing. It also drains vegetables, blots fried foods, and strains broth.
