Ippakusuisei Premium Junmai Daiginjo comes from Fukurokuju Shuzo, a brewery operating in Gojome, Akita since 1688. Each release draws on the year’s best sake rice, chosen through the brewery’s ongoing research partnership with local contract farmers, then polished to a refined Junmai Daiginjo grade.
