Tochigi Craft, Drip Pressed Purity
Senkin Shuzo has brewed sake in Sakura City, Tochigi Prefecture since 1806, and this Senkin Issei Daiginjo sake is made from Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 35% and separated using the traditional fukurozuri bag hung dripping method for a clean, gravity pressed finish.
Seafood and Fine Dining Pairing
Elegant notes of persimmon, melon, and green apple with a silky, bright acidity make this pour a natural match for scallop and seafood salads, sea urchin mousse, and white fish, giving SF Bay Area restaurant sake programs a refined option for non Japanese fine dining menus.
