A California Brewed Junmai Ginjo
Sierra Cold is brewed by Takara Sake USA using a specially developed yeast that gives it a light, ginjo like character at a lower 12% ABV. Rounded flavors of melon, Asian pear, and a hint of cherry or strawberry make it an easy, approachable pour.
